Each reservation includes two wristbands. If you need additional wristbands, they will be available for a supplement of $5. (In case of lost wristbands, they will be charged) We are here for you during your stay, and our level of interaction is up to you, we are only a phone call or message away. You will be located at National Landing which is is comprised of three thriving neighborhoods: Crystal City, Pentagon City, and Potomac Yard. You will have also the best transportation network in the Washington, DC area, Only minutes from downtown. Walking distance of Reagan National airport (one stop from the station), the Crystal City and Pentagon City Metro stations, and the Virginia Railway Express. In addition, to ensure an optimal experience during your stay, on the day of your arrival we will provide you with a complimentary welcome kit, which includes some basic personal care and cooking products. Please note that access to the pool is only for guests with a wristband. Each reservation includes two wristbands. If you need additional wristbands, they will be available for an additional $10USD (lost wristbands are assumed with a charge). We do not provide washcloths. Please note that the HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles to comply with environmental regulations. Heating in full operation (October 15 - May 1) Air conditioning in full operation (May 15 - October 1) Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on outside temperature.
