Guest access "The Nido delle Cime" is easily accessible by car and offers free outdoor private parking for guests. You can independently access the apartment using the digital key collection system, following simple instructions. Just a few meters from the apartment, there is a stop for the free shuttle that takes you directly to the ski resort. You can also relax by immersing yourself in the nearby and renowned thermal waters of Bormio or have fun on the famous ski slopes. Other things to note Upon arrival, if you notice any damage or issues, please inform the host immediately so that repairs can be arranged as soon as possible. The tourist tax is €1,8 per night per person. NOTE: The property is equipped with self check-in. In accordance with Italian law, we are required to register all guests (including minors) through an online check-in with ID photo upload and selfie verification (certified system). The procedure is simple and takes about 10 minutes. Once completed, you will automatically receive all the necessary instructions to access the property independently. If you prefer, it is possible to request an in-person check-in carried out by our staff for an additional fee of €50.
