Guest access The whole of the accommodation end of the property is solely for your enjoyment and use, we do not go into any of these areas when we have guests. From the hot tub down to your entrance decking, the lower garden and lawn below are all for you to relax and enjoy during your stay. There's sunny spots or shade to loll about in a bean bag, picnic blanket or on the swing seat on the lawn. You will only be observed by the occasional pukeko or cow in the paddock over the boundary. Walking access to the shared valley pond is through your bottom farm gateway. Beach access to a safe swimming bay is 100 metres down and across the road. Other things to note Your guest area is adjoining part of our living space with a sound-studio quality soundproof wall and double door. We don’t expect you as guests to tiptoe about, we want you to enjoy your stay and to play music, laugh and chat freely anywhere on the property. We only ask you to dial it down after 10pm please. (And we will too)!
