It is ideal for hosting 1-4 people with the possibility of providing a cot for babies. It is located right in front of the bus stop and within 10 minutes from the city center! In a radius of 50m. you can find a bakery, mini market, cafe, pharmacy, greengrocer's, butcher's, Italian restaurant, dry cleaner, hairdresser. The space The apartment consists of - large and bright living room with smartTV (with Netflix), A/C, various books and board games, - fully equipped kitchen (microwave oven, induction hob, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, electric grinder, water filter, mbriki (for greek coffee)), - comfortable bedroom in calm tones with double bed, TV, fan, wardrobes and full-length mirror - work space with strong WiFi (fiber 100Mbps) - elegant bathroom with hair dryer - 2 large verandas with a swing, sitting area, dining table and ping pong table (table tennis) for lots of fun and relaxation! It is possible to provide a cot and a highchair for children, upon request. Up to four people can be accommodated as the sofa converts into a single bed and by using a camp bed by arrangement. Guest access All the above areas are available for our guests. In the apartment there is an attic which is used exclusively as a storage space to which our guests do NOT have access. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the building and is accessed by comfortable stairs. Also, the patio at the front entrance of the apartment is a shared space with another apartment. Other things to note From 1/1/2025, the Climate Change Resilience Fee has been added which all guests are required to pay and it amounts to €2.00 per day for the months of November to March (winter season) or €8.00 per day for the months of April to October (summer season). This amount is paid by the guests through the Airbnb platform when booking. Due to the inability of the platform to distinguish the tax amounts according to the period of the reservation, the difference will be requested or refunded through the platform.
