The space Casa Divina is a beautiful family friendly villa located in Montezuma, Costa Rica. It's near a number of incredible beaches and restaurants in the area. Our villa has a security gate and alarm system, a cleaning lady and maintenance man is included in the price, and our Property Manager will make sure your stay is unforgettable. The house has 2 stories overlooking the valley and our pool. The Master bedroom is on the top floor, and the other 2 bedrooms are on the lower level. There is one bathroom upstairs and one bathroom downstairs, and there are additional sinks on the upper and lower level which makes washing your hands, brushing your teeth, or freshening up handy when the bathrooms are occupied. Our kitchen is fully equipped and we have beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces to spend time relaxing or socializing. The house is very private but we do have neighbors in the area so we are not interested in renting to groups who will be having loud parties. We highly recommend you have a 4x4 vehicle (especially during rainy season) or a vehicle that sits higher off the ground like a small SUV - not only because the road the house is on is not paved, but for the area in general. Guest access Guests who book Casa Divina have access to the entire home and pool. There are no shared spaces with other people when you rent this house. Other things to note A cleaning lady is included with the rental of Casa Divina (every four days), as well as a maintenance man. Our Property Manager speaks both English and Spanish and will help you with all of your needs. You will need to have a car during your stay at Casa Divina. We recommend a 4x4 (especially during rainy season) or having a vehicle that is higher off the ground (like a small SUV) because many of the roads in our area are NOT paved. If you have a lower car it's not impossible to get around, but it will be much more difficult depending on the time of the year. Please be aware that this is subject to change depending on the rains, and the conditions of the roads.
