Furniture: bed, mattress, closet, dresser, curtains, desk, chair, sofa, kitchen table. Washer and dryer downstairs in building. On the same block as cafe’s, restaurants, gym, bars. Location: Willoughby Ave and Evergreen Ave - Preparation fee: $175 (One-time: inspection, cleaning and admin cost) The space Living Environment & Community Fit This is a shared household with residents who are typically younger working adults and students. We aim to maintain a similar community dynamic that values respectful communication, shared responsibility, and a comfortable social balance. The home is best suited for younger professionals and students who enjoy shared living and are comfortable with this type of environment. Other things to note Unauthorized Late Checkout: ⏰ A charge of $75 per hour will apply for unauthorized late checkouts of 1-5 hours. ⏳ If the late checkout exceeds 5 hours, the guest will be charged for an additional 15-night stay, as we will be unable to accommodate the upcoming guest.
