The apartment is of high quality and modernly equipped and has a south-facing terrace. It can accommodate two people, is barrier-free and can be rented all year round. The apartment consists of a modern furnished living room, a cozy bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower (shower gel, shampoo and hand soap are provided), a kitchen with full equipment and a spacious hallway. From the living room you can access your own Mediterranean-style terrace with an umbrella, dining area and two sun loungers. Here you can relax and enjoy wonderfully relaxed days! Wi-Fi and parking are free of charge, and the washing machine and dryer can also be used free of charge. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. If necessary, it is possible to rent an additional room outside the apartment (accessible via the hallway) for another overnight guest. We are happy to inform you in detail. From now on, there is the possibility to charge your electric car at our wallbox (with its own meter).
