An over-sized studio with a kitchenette, and new washer & dryer, is more than enough room for a couple or lone-traveler looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay in a central neighborhood. Easily accessed with a keypad, as well as an internal locking door for extra security (although it's a very safe neighborhood). The perfect escape within Los Angeles. Oh, and no over the top checkout-chores.. You enjoy your stay, we'll take care of the dirty dishes. The space We are located in a quiet little neighborhood not far from some great restaurants and bars. Or it has a small kitchenette and fridge for anyone that likes to stock up on groceries and prepare their own food. Guest access Guest's will have the entire studio with private entrance and patio to themselves. Amy and Tim - an Australian couple living in LA - live in the house above, though travel a lot for work, so expect peace and quiet (aside from the occasional squirrel).
