Spacious 775 sq ft guest suite in our basement where we would love to host everyone. A mini wet bar with fridge and coffee machine, microwave, a TV and recliner couch for entertainment equipped with Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. and a decent room with king bed. The bathroom is huge and this space will easily accommodate 4 or more people. Dining area which seats 4 people and 2 extra twin mattresses in case you bring kids or need extra space. The space 1 bedroom with king bed - attached bathroom 1 spacious living room with dining table, 2 extra twin-size mattresses, recliner 5 seat sofa, TV, and a wet bar. Guest access The entire guest suite is for your use. Note that we do not have a kitchen in this suite, but a nice wet bar area with a microwave, mini-refrigerator, coffee maker, and basic stuff like plates, bowls, silverware, etc. Laundry units are not available in the suite, but we can help you with it for an extra charge. Other things to note Disclaimer: We will accept guests with reviews, a clear profile picture, and a few details about the visit. For anyone who is a new user of Airbnb we will need: 1) Verified guest photo profile with government ID & profile information. 2) Brief information on your stay & guests. 3) What brings you to the neighborhood & what are your expectations? We only provide living room twin mattresses for more than 2 guests. Please note that you have to add guests in the reservation for us to set these extra beds for you and your family. * For long-term stays (Anything more than 2 weeks): We leave you items to get started (tissue rolls, toilet tissue, shampoo, conditioner, dishwashing liquid, hand soap, etc.).
