City of Northfield Winter Parking Ban: Vehicles cannot be parked on any city street between 2 a.m. and 6 a.m. from November 15 to March 15. This is in effect regardless of accumulation of snow on the ground. While the apartment has private access, this is a shared building with short and long term tenants.
