Pet friendly Farm Stay

Adventure awaits you at “Menagerie Park” farm stay. Wander the acreage, get up close with alpacas & horses if you choose, or sit back & relax with stunning views. Enjoy Fresh farm eggs straight from the coop for brekky. Our pets 🐶 🐈‍⬛ 🐓 will pop by to say hello & make new friends. Horse agistment available for your stay if you want to escape the madness of AELEC (which is a 20-minute drive away). Dogs / Cats welcome inside. The village has an amazing pub for meals. Everyone welcome. The space A fully self contained, air conditioned unit separate to the main house with a private outdoor area. Best suited to 2 people but can accommodate 4 using the fold out sofa or mattress on the floor. Guest access Guests are free to walk around the property. We ask that the welfare of our animals is respected by controlling your dogs if they are not used to this environment. If you open gates, make sure you close them. Please don’t feed our animals unless we are with you. Other things to note Pets must be vaccinated. If needed our dogs can be kept seperate from your pets with a fence separating front & backyards. Agistment is available if required. If your dogs are not use to chooks please keep an eye on them as the chooks free-range outside of their paddock. Our dogs are inside dogs. They can be overwhelming friendly & intrusive, especially for young children, elderly, or if you are not use to dogs. As this is their home they will invite themselves in so please shut the door if you do not want them in your space. Ideally the unit is comfortable for two people but can accommodate 4. The second bed is a choice of either the fold out sofa or mattress on the floor. We are happy to make these up for you prior to your arrival. Please note we have a pool under construction which is currently unfenced. There are also dams on the property. We do not recommend our property for small children due to this.
