The settlement beyond the mountains beyond the Muflon forests

We created the "Za górami za lasami" settlement out of love for the mountains, mornings with views of the peaks and a passion for hiking and MTB. If it is important for you to immerse yourself in nature, but at the same time you are looking for a place that will give you access to attractions such as trekking routes, bicycle routes or ski lifts, then we are for you. This place is for families with children, a group of friends or singles, as long as you value nature and peace. The settlement is located in the Śnieżnicki Landscape Park The space Our settlement consists of 7 comfortable cottages located on a hill under the forest at an altitude of 700m above sea level with a beautiful view of Śnieżnik. The area of the cottages is 90 sq. m. The interior of our cottages is a reflection of the space around us, natural materials: wood and stone provide a warm atmosphere and a sense of high comfort. Downstairs, there is a living room with a huge panoramic window and a kitchenette, so every moment of rest and every meal is decorated with a beautiful view of the endless space. From the living room you can go out to the terrace, where you can relax and enjoy the crystal air of the Sudetes. In addition, a fully equipped kitchenette, starting with the most important element, which is a coffee machine, through a dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, ceramic hob, fridge, tableware, wine glasses + corkscrew, kitchen utensils gives you full comfort of stay. Downstairs, there is also a bathroom with a shower. Up the ash stairs, you enter the first floor, where there are two bedrooms: one with a large bed and an additional mezzanine, which, depending on your needs, can change into an Indian camp, a sea ship or a jungle, or simply be an additional place to sleep. From this bedroom, you can also, thanks to the huge windows, admire the panorama of Śnieżnik right after waking up, with a cup of aromatic coffee. The second bedroom with a view of the forest is equipped with two single beds. In the settlement, we also have a separate room where you can safely place your bike or ski equipment, depending on the season. After all-day hiking, skiing or walking in the forest, you can relax in our SPA at 700 m above sea level, where there is a sauna, with beautiful views of the mountains and a hot tub/ jacuzzi The cost of a 2-hour session in the sauna is 250 PLN. Jacuzzi 1 h 150 PLN Additional information: - Wi-Fi (600 Mb fiber optic), - free parking on the property, - Smart TV, - we provide bed linen, towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, hair dryer, fully equipped kitchen, cosmetics, bathrobes, ground coffee, blankets, etc. - we accept dogs are allowed (one-time fee for a pet is PLN 100 per stay) - on request, we provide breakfast at the price of PLN 50 for adults and PLN 35 for children Other things to note For reservations of 7 days or more, we give you 1 free 2h session in the sauna with cold balia + hot balia 1h For shorter stays - sauna and cold tub reservation PLN 250 for a 2h session We also have a hot tub available for PLN 150 for 1 hour. We have Scott MTB electric bikes on site, the cost of renting for the whole day is PLN 160 You can light a fire or barbecue in specially designated places. Wood is free for our guests.
