Simply the best place to stay . This place is suitable for couple or a single parent with 2 children , access to cot. The bed can be extended to a double bed . You are 5/10 minutes from Cadbury, Birmingham University, train station, retail park. Supermarkets Aldi , Sainsbury, Asians food Noisy children around . Comfortable bed , blackout curtains for those sleeping during the day . Study desk and a cot for baby upon request . Private bathroom and toilet shared with other guest only . Guest access We welcome anyone to ask questions and support while they are staying with us . We are happy to support as much as we can to make the guest comfortable . Guest have limited access to the main kitchen but have kettle and microwave in the room . Guest can access the garden at anytime . During your stay I am available should a guest require support with direction or transport . Am happy to support with shopping should It be required . Guest can be supported with finding local events, childcare facilities. Please remember there is noise due to children in the household. Other things to note Guest have an option to interact with the family if they wish or have private space. Guest can book weekly returns and get discounts. The guest room is separate from the main house , so there is privacy . Guests have separate access if they wish to use instead of main entrance. Very quite neighbourhood with access to restaurants/ supermarkets, university, Cadbury world , direct train to city centre - perfect location. No smokers please .
