With a surface area of 1070 m2 including 500 m2 of living space, it offers all modern comforts, with heated pool (extra), garden, relaxation area, fitness room. The space Villa Louise is a haven of peace and change of scenery. It consists of the following: On the ground floor: 2 Moroccan living rooms, 1 European living room with TV (international channels), 1 dining room with fireplace, 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 guest toilet Upstairs: 4 Suites (with their private shower room and private TV), and a Moroccan living room. There are two cots at your disposal A garden with swimming pool (heated for an extra €50/day) and deckchairs, garden furniture, a fitness area, a hammam Breakfast: Breakfast is included in the rental price, served between 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. It is Moroccan, consisting of Moroccan pancakes, Moroccan bread, orange juice, hot drinks, fruit, jam, honey, cheese, eggs. Housekeeping: The cleaning of the Villa upon your departure is included in the rental price. Daily housekeeping is offered. Our housekeeper will spend every day at the Villa to make your rooms and clean it. Suites: All our suites have AC. They are equipped with a double bed, a flat-screen TV (international channels), and a wardrobe. Each bedroom has its own shower room (consisting of a shower, sink and toilet). There are also hair dryers. Bathroom linen: We provide you with towels and bath sheets as well as very good quality bathrobes (Balzatex). Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, panini/croque monsieur grill, large gas stove with oven, coffee machine, etc. There is no dishwasher. Hammam: it is extra at the price of €40. However, you must notify us 4 hours in advance House Staff: The housekeeper is present every day from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for breakfast and turndown service.
