The kitchenette is fully equipped for your cooking needs, featuring stainless steel appliances, a toaster, a coffeemaker/Keurig, and more for your convenience. Guests are supplied with basic necessities to kickstart their stay but may need to replenish if staying beyond three days. Essential items provided include trash bags, paper towels, soaps, and shampoo, in addition to linens, towels, and spare blankets. Kindly note that beach towels are not included, so please ensure to pack these. Beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented on the beach from Memorial Day through Labor Day. *Please inquire about snowbird rates for November, December, January, and February. Guest access Guests have access to the entire studio and all resort amenities, this includes restaurants and bars. Currently, they will only accept debit and credit cards. The availability of restaurants and bars could change without notice. Other things to note You will NOT be checking in at the front desk, instead, you will go directly to our unit on the 6th floor and enter the code in the door- no key or key card is needed, and no wasting time checking in at the front desk. The access code will be sent to you the day before check-in. A parking pass and pool wristbands will be waiting for you just inside the studio door. Access the 6th floor via the parking garage. The building has four elevators, and the main parking garage has 6 levels. Overflow parking is across the street if you can't find a space during peak season. *Snowbirds welcome during November, December, January, and February. Please inquire about specific monthly rates. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED: Due to our oceanfront location in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, we strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance—especially during hurricane season (June through November). While we hope for perfect beach weather, coastal conditions and unforeseen travel disruptions can occur. Please note that we maintain a firm cancellation policy, and we are unable to make exceptions for weather-related events, including named storms, unless mandated by Airbnb. Travel insurance is the best way to protect your vacation investment in the event of cancellations, delays, or early departures beyond your control.
