You’ll be only a stone’s throw from Fannie Bay, East Point, Mindil Beach and Darwin Racecourse. The famous Saturday morning markets at Parap Village are just a five-minute walk away. The living area is on the upper level. It's a bright, open-plan layout framed by huge bi-fold glass doors and banks of louvres that flows out to the expansive private timber deck — an ideal place to enjoy a cold drink at sunset. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, five-burner gas cooktop, microwave, full-sized fridge, dishwasher and cooking utensils and crockery. Cook up a storm and choose to dine al fresco on the deck or indoors at the six-person dining table. Upstairs you will also find a main bedroom with a king-size bed and writing desk, as well as a secondary bedroom with a double bed. Both rooms have ceiling fans, air conditioning, banks of louvres and ample closet space.
