The building at 1917-1919 Geddes Ave. was built in 1923. The building is over 3300 total sq.ft., and is divided into 7 separate apartment units. The multi-level building has 2 apartments on the upper level, 3 suites on the main level, and 2 apartments on the below-grade, walkout level. 1919 Geddes Ave is located in the South University area of Ann Arbor MI. It is steps from the Arboretum (the Arb) and is walking distance to the South U bar and restaurant district, and about a 20-min walk to Central Campus and the Diag. Apt A is a 2-bedroom apartment with no living room or kitchen, it does have a microwave, toaster, refrigerator, automatic drip coffee maker (filters, coffee, creamer, and sweeteners provided!), and a small breakfast table. A new 55-inch TV with all broadcast TV stations and an extensive selection of cable TV sports and entertainment are offered. One of the bedrooms has a king-sized bed and the other has a queen bed, both equipped with quality bed linens to ensure a good night's sleep. There is also a shared bathroom with a bathtub supplied with essential toiletries, and a hairdryer that connects the 2 rooms. Apt A is great for a comfortable place to stay in Ann Arbor. You do have access to a large porch area off the back of the house. For purposes of sleeping for extra guest, we can provide a blow-up mattress and linens upon request. There is laundry in the lower/basement level, available to use before 11 AM and after 5 PM during your stay. The machines are free (not coin-operated), and there are detergents available to use. In the winter months, the apartment is heated by a radiator system that is centrally controlled. occasionally it may make noise, if so please notify us immediately for us to adjust it. Thank you. Note: This apartment bedroom is facing/near the street and there may be street noise at night. For light sleepers we provide earplugs to help with the noise. There is a parking space reserved on the property, but please note that only a "Super Compact" vehicle can only fit in the space.
