Come and enjoy the calm of this beautiful fully renovated house, in a small village lulled by the runoff of mountain streams The space At the foot of Pic du Gar, on the road to Col des Ares, and 1.5 hours from Toulouse, this family cottage is ideal for a vacation in the countryside! There is no shortage of outdoor activities: hiking in the mountains and on the Piedmont, mountain biking trails, road biking, caving, paragliding, canyoning, snowshoeing, horseback riding... In addition, the accommodation is a 15-minute drive from Aspet (markets on Wednesday and Saturday mornings), 20 minutes from Col de Portet d'Aspet, 20 minutes from Vallées de la Barousse, 20 minutes from St-Bertrand-de-Comminges (medieval city labeled among the Most Beautiful Villages of France), 40 minutes from the Thermal City of Luchon. The cottage consists, on the ground floor, of a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, coffee maker...) and open to a beautiful living room where there is a large table and a wood stove (wood provided), a small bathroom with shower, a beautiful living room with bay window where the old and the modern coexist. Outside, an enclosed garden, a small terrace with barbecue and garden furniture will allow you to enjoy the sweetness of the Pyrenees in the shade of a superb fig tree! Cyclists are welcome! A closed room is located at the rear of the house for storing bicycles, with a washing point and a repair kit. Sheets, towels and linens are not provided. Bookings are made only by the week in summer and for a minimum of 3 nights the rest of the year. Other things to note Sheets, towels, tea towels not provided. For the beds (140 x 190 cm), you need to bring 2 flat sheets and 2 fitted sheets as well as 4 pillowcases 50 x 70 cm.
