Located at the end of a private road in a peacefull neighbourhood on the sunny side of the Chamonix valley. Two minutes walk to Chamonix centre. Amazing mountain views. The nearest hiking trails are nearby and the cable cars for Summer hiking and climbing and Winter skiing are five to ten minutes walk. The property is ideal for couples, families and groups. . The rental property is a South facing ground floor apartment with a floor area of 105 square metres. The property has three bedrooms sleeping up to six people in choice of double or single beds. There is also a baby cot if required. The apartment opens out onto the large tree lined garden and private parking area where there are amazing extensive views of Mt Blanc and the surrounding mountains. In further detail the accommodation consists of: -Living Room with electric stove and patio doors opening to garden. -Dining room with table to sit eight people and wall mounted TV system with multinational cable TV plus dvd movie library. -Kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, fan oven, microwave plus comprehensive range of utensils including coffee maker, kettle, fondue set. -Bedroom One with en-suite shower and WC. -Bedroom Two with en-suite shower and shared WC. -Bedroom Three with en-suite shower and shared WC. -Entrance Hall and Inner Hall with storage units, coat and ski storage. The apartment forms the entire ground floor of our home. It has direct access to the large garden and parking area. We have nearly thirty years experience of all the outdoor activities available in the Chamonix, having participated to greater or lesser degrees of expertise in almost all of the sports. (Excluding Wingsuit Jumping!). We therefore are always delighted to help point clients in the right direction to maximise their stay. I will be always there to meet guests on arrival. Additionally if guests require any advice or assistance during their stay I will be happy to help. Equally if there are any problems or issues we are always on hand to help. Our property is located at the end of a private road in a very quiet area of Chamonix. We are on the sunny side of the valley and have extensive views of the Mt Blanc range of mountains. The centre of town is accessed in two minutes by footpath. We are located two minutes via a footpath to the centre of Chamonix. The nearest cable cars are the Brevant and Aiguille De Midi which are five to ten minutes walk away and access great hiking trails, parapenting, climbing and views in the Autumn/Spring/Summer and skiing in the Winter. The transport links including ski buses and the Mt Blanc Express railway are in the town centre five minutes walk away. Alternatively door to door airport transfers are available. Finally Geneva is 60min away by motorway as far as the outskirts of Chamonix.
