Other things to note We have an auto-closing door but do not have any locks for the hot tub. If you have small children, parental supervision is required at all times. Additional rules No Parties. No events. Quiet Hours from 10pm to 8am. No outdoor noise after 10pm. Absolutely no parties/events or unregistered guests allowed. Smoking, vaping, illegal substances, and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property at any time. If smoking (of any substance) is detected, or any smoke odor is found in the home, or outdoor furniture after your departure, a fine of $500 cleaning fee will be issued. Please immediately notify us if something is broken or damaged as soon as it occurs. We live in a residential neighborhood with full-time residents on all sides of the house. As such, we request that guests avoid loud music, and generally loud noise of any kind after quiet hours outside (10pm). If we receive a noise complaint, we will have to contact the appropriate authorities and upon a 2nd noise complaint, you will be evicted. No swearing while outside! Please make sure the gas BBQ is turned off when not being used. Do not rearrange furniture. Lock all doors when leaving. Turn down AC/Heat when leaving. Keep AC above 73F and Heat below 70F. Ensure all windows and doors are shut while AC/ Heat is on. Stay out of owner's closets. Put everything back that you get out. Please only use painters tape on walls and NO glitter of any kind! When checking out, please double check all areas of the house! Under beds, outside, inside dressers and nightstands, etc. Any items that are left behind will be thrown away from by our cleaners. We will not be able to ship any items to you! Additional Cleaning Fees We don't want to charge anyone for additional cleaning, however if any excessive damage and/or soiling of the premises incurs an additional cost from our cleaning team, we will pass that cost to you.
