Luxury Seaview Villa: City Center, Rooftop Jacuzzi

Important notice: Construction work is currently underway in the vicinity of the property during working hours. The villas contemporary design will please the eye, while the spacious interiors take holiday accommodation to the next level. The private garden is complete with your own swimming pool and for a change you can also retreat to the roof terrace with jacuzzi. A refundable breakage deposit of €450 is required for each stay. No cash accepted. Other things to note The reservation will randomly allocated to one of the 8 Villas of the project. Prices are related to the number of guests to be accommodated in the property. The guest has the responsibility to set the right amount of adults and children. For reservations of more than 8 guests, extra beds and towel sets are provided to ensure everyone is comfortably accommodated. Please select the correct number of guests to ensure sleeping arrangements. Using the sofa as a bed is not allowed. The guest is responsible for requesting their preferred bed arrangements in advance. If the guest prefers a double or two single beds they should make this request before arrival. Each declared guest is provided with a set of hand towels, body towels, and beach towels. Cyprus uses a Type G plug, which is the same as UK sockets. We suggest bringing a plug adapter if you are not coming from the UK.
