Cozy cottage near the university

Welcome to enjoy the tranquility of our residential neighborhood. There are 4 beds and you will arrive to ready-made beds. You will stay in your own cottage in our garden with a patio in the evening sun. There is self check-in with a key that is in the key cabinet with a code. You park the car in front of the garage and there is the possibility to charge your electric car. The accommodation is located about 5 km from the city center. The space The cottage has a total floor area of approximately 48 sqm. It consists of a large room that serves as a bedroom, kitchen & living room in one. The double bed is 160 cm and there are two sofa beds that are 140 cm each. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, 2 hobs (induction), mini oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, salt, pepper, sugar. In the bathroom there is a toilet, sink, hand soap and shower. Towels are included. Guest access You have your own access to the entire place, which is located on top of our garage. In the garden, you have access to the lawn that is in front of the guest house. Other things to note Bed linens and towels are included. Guests clean the cottage before check-out. Cleaning items such as detergents, rags and vacuum cleaners are available in the cabin. Garbage is thrown away in the designated place. You get to the cottage entrance via a staircase. Elevator not available. Electric car charger available at extra cost. For your information: There is a surveillance camera outside that is directed towards our front door, below the stairs up to the guest house. It is therefore not directed at the guest house itself, but you pass our front door on the way to the stairs. Please note that smoking is not allowed either indoors or outdoors in the garden.
