Our cozy apartment inside the Baia del Silenzio Residence. Three-room apartment of 100 square meters, and a spacious terrace overlooking the lake. The apartment is on one floor and can comfortably accommodate 6 people. On the large terrace with a hypnotic view, there is a large table, various chairs and parasols for the sun. Upon entering the apartment, there is an open space with a large living room with a well-equipped open kitchen, a relaxation area with a sofa bed and armchairs. CIR: 017111-LNI-00007 The space The swimming pool is shared in the residence, open from 06/12 to 09/12, the terrace is private The apartment can be rented by 6 people, who can choose where to sleep among 6 different beds: 2 Double Rooms. A living room (on a 2-seater sofa bed that directly overlooks the panoramic terrace with an enchanting night view) The living room also features a smart TV with access to the main streaming platforms. A high-speed LTE router is present in the apartment. There are sheets + towels and tablecloth. The bathroom has a shower with a washing machine. In the kitchen, there is a dishwasher. The terrace is private and has a large table ideal for socializing with friends. From the panoramic terrace, enthusiasts can watch sailing regattas that are often organized on weekends or even during the week by the neighboring sailing clubs: Pilzone ANS, Sarnico and Lovere. Guest access The entire apartment is private and at the guest's complete disposal. The swimming pool is shared and open from June 12 to September 12 with a lifeguard. There are also common areas on the ground floor facing the lake with ping pong tables. Immediately outside the residence, also on the ground floor, there is a large picnic area facing the lake and a small port where you can temporarily moor your boat. Other things to note Please note that the water on the island is not potable. There are public fountains where you can fill water bottles. Near the apartment there is a market or a bar where you can buy drinks. The apartment is not suitable for people with limited mobility, because there are still many stairs to reach the elevator or beach or exit of the residence (even if you use the external elevator) On the island, you DO NOT bring the car, you can get around on foot, by bike or by bus or taxi. You can also get around by kayak, dinghy, or windsurfing, docking in different parts of the island. Suitable for water sports enthusiasts.
