Minutes away from I-40 and only 30 minute drive to Center Hill Lake, or 1 hour drive to Dale Hollow Lake. Several golf courses in the area. The space The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. One King size bed in the master, a full size in the 2nd bedroom and bunk beds in third. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, silverware, glasses, microwave, coffee pot, and toaster. The house does have a washer and dryer. Fireplace is inoperable. Guest access The house sets on a 2 acres, and has plenty of yard space. Has a long paved driveway.
