The space Our house is charming, but rustic and with antique furniture to bring warmth and a feeling of time travel, which is the essence of Paraty. The proximity to the sea and the effects of the sea air can bring a little humidity. The house is not ideal for those looking for luxury accommodation. Be prepared for this eventuality, which may affect the supply of electricity to the house partially or totally. We cannot predict or take responsibility if this occurs, it is a matter of the location itself. Repairs are the responsibility of ENEL and may or may not happen quickly. We will closely monitor the forecast of these services in the event of instability. - Do not turn on appliances of high energy consumption and/or all showers simultaneously, as this can overload the house's power grid and cause power outages. During your stay, there may be occasional urban noise. - This is not a property for parties or excessive noise. The quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. must be strictly respected, we have neighbors nearby. - Pet Friendly: We accept up to 2 small dogs.
