Many years later, Grupo Inmense made the decision to recover and remodel this beautiful property from the 1930s according to its original style, in conjunction with the firms of Arquitectos Bifrost and Diseño 30X, its complete recovery was carried out, reinforcing the structure and lightening the building, respecting much of the original concept.
