The flat is in a central location on a lively street offering a taste of the local lifestyle, and the Green room offers comfort & convenience. It is your perfect base to explore the neighborhood and city, and mingle with locals and fellow travelers. The space The room's standout feature is its abundant natural light, creating a refreshing and airy atmosphere. The large windows allow sunlight to flood in, highlighting the blend of natural wood, beautiful plants & soothing green almond accents. It is a 4-room shared flat with one kitchen, one bathroom, and one toilet. I live alone and offer my extra bedrooms for my guests. I am a dedicated host and my priority is to provide a peaceful home for both my guests and myself. The flat is 150 meters away from the iconic bull statue in Kadıköy Center and 250 meters away from Kadikoy Bazaar. All public transportation is in a range of 350 meters. -- ROOM DETAILS-- A 14m2 room with a double bed A Workstation with plug sockets beneath. It's the closest room to the wifi access point. A Large Rack and hangers A Ceiling Fan A Bedside stand and bedside plug sockets (including USB sockets, you won't need socket converters for your small electronic devices) --SHARED AREAS-- > A fully equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, mini oven, toaster, water boiler french press, and mocha pot. > I have a water treatment system installed in the kitchen. Please do not bring bottled water. > A full bathroom with a bathtub, hairdryer, washing machine, and drying machine. > A half bathroom > A 9m2 entrance area with a shoe cabinet and a large mirror on the wall --TRANSPORTATION-- I may offer airport transportation service for my guests. Please inquire for details. --GENERAL INFO-- > The flat is well-heated with a central heater. > Clean bed linens, towels, paper towels, and detergents will be provided at the check-in. Some other common consumables (coffee, tea, soaps, shampoo, etc.) may also be provided but I do not guarantee continuous compliments because I also may be away from time to time. --CLEANING-- >Fresh bed linens and towels will be provided weekly for stays longer than 8 days. >You can ask for a room cleaning service during your stay for 10$. You can pay on Airbnb with your card. Guest access Other than your private room you will have access to the kitchen, the full bathroom, half bathroom, and entree. During your stay I am online for 16 hours per day. Please do not hesitate to text me for anything. I am ready to brief you about Istanbul and Turkish Culture whilst appreciating your privacy. Other things to note You will be sharing the house with other guests. There are two bathrooms.
