Hello and welcome to our home! We welcome you to our Caen stone house and its modern architectural extension. This is a family house, warm, spacious and bright, close to Caen and the beaches. It's a good place to live, quiet. We have created a notebook for you with visits to make around our home, as well as our favorite bars and restaurants. We hope you feel as good as we do living there. The space It is an old stone house in Caen, to which we have added an extension designed by an architect, a modern wooden extension. A large modern fireplace connecting the 2 parts of the house. The house has 3 bedrooms upstairs (2 on the first floor, the 3rd is on the second floor) with a bed for 2 people per room. The 3rd bedroom is located in the attic, with more delicate access. (Not suitable for very young children without adults, and people with reduced mobility). Bathroom with walk-in shower. A very large living room, with a large sofa, and space to spend pleasant moments with family. A modern and very well-equipped kitchen. Oven, coffee machine, coffee maker, waffle maker, Cookeo, Mr Cuisine, etc... Outside, tables and chairs, barbecue, hammock, sun loungers etc... The house also has a garden with terrace to be able to eat outside, a little grass and lots of flowers. You will also have many board games, books and comics available. Guest access The entire house is at your disposal, its courtyard and garden. And the garage that serves as a laundry room. Electric charging station for vehicles available.
