Located in the heart of East Devon the cottage is within easy reach of the coastal towns of Sidmouth, Exmouth, and Budleigh Salterton. It's the perfect place to stay for exploring Devon. Budleigh is located in a complex with 10 other self-catering holiday cottages own and run by the Mynard Family. A warm welcome awaits you. The space Comfort Plus | 6 person – sleeps up to a maximum of 6 people (including infants) Bedrooms - 1 double (with TV, clock radio and hairdryer) and 2 twin bedrooms Bathroom with shower over bath, WC and washbasin Additional separate WC and washbasin Fully equipped kitchen with electric hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. Lounge/Diner with a 40" smart TV Central heating throughout. Duvets, bed linen and towels are provided, with beds made up ready for your arrival Complimentary super fast Wifi available in each cottage Cots and High Chairs available to hire. Arrival time 4pm.
