With 77 square meters of modern living space, Conca offers a beach design theme that captures the essence of coastal living, creating a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. The apartment features two elegant bedrooms, each boasting a comfortable queen-size bed and its own ensuite bathroom, ensuring maximum convenience for all guests. Both spaces are decorated in accordance to the beach theme, with their coastal color palettes, striped wooden details, and odes to ocean life. One of the bedrooms is also thoughtfully equipped with a dedicated workstation, providing a quiet space for work or study. The open-plan living room and kitchen is designed to provide a seamless flow between spaces. The living room is adorned with contemporary furnishings, including a sitting area and full entertainment system for your enjoyment. Gather around the dining table to savor delicious meals or simply unwind and take in the ambiance. The fully furnished kitchen showcases modern appliances and ample storage, making it a breeze to prepare delightful meals or quick snacks. During your stay at Conca, you'll be kept cool and comfortable with the air conditioning provided in all rooms. Whether you're returning from a day of exploring the city or simply seeking respite from the summer heat, the apartment offers a pleasant and refreshing environment. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts. *This accommodation may only be used for stays longer than 31 nights for personal purposes such as holiday, recreational, or leisure. Ukio may request documentation proving your permanent residence and the reason for your stay in Catalonia, and may cancel the reservation if it does not meet the legal requirements. The information provided may be submitted to the relevant registry and/or administrative authority in accordance with Catalan regulations. Other things to note To finalize your reservation, a mandatory KYC process is required. Guests must provide: ID verification, proof of residence, proof of solvency, and proof of the reason for their stay. By booking, you acknowledge and consent to these requirements. We cannot accept any booking without these documents, and standard cancellation penalties will apply if the KYC process is not completed. This property requires a refundable security deposit. The amount will be requested separately at the moment of booking, as indicated during the booking process.
