Hello, welcome to a 65 m2 house, you will find serenity combined with the charm of renewal. Composed of: a small entrance, a kitchen with a dining area, 2 bedrooms with double bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet. A TV is located in the upstairs living room. We're happy to share our heated pool, as well as our charming garden. You can stay one or more nights and park your vehicle in a courtyard with peace of mind. The space Pleasant small independent house, in a private farmhouse, enclosed by walls 2 min from the A19 motorway and 10 min from the city center of Sens. The accommodation is located right across from the village square and its amenities (children's playgrounds, bowling ground). We live on site, but we will be happy to share our outdoor area, garden furniture and swimming pool with you. A barbecue, as well as sunbathing, can be provided upon prior request. The village being quiet, no party and family reunion will be accepted without agreement. For organizational reasons, we thank you for respecting the departure time in order to allow us to welcome the following guests in the best conditions, otherwise we reserve the right to charge an additional night. Beautiful walks in the Yonne, Burgundy or Champagne, the Château de Fontainebleau, the medieval city of Provins await you. Good cellars and sports activities (modeling, karting, cycling, etc.) are also possible nearby. We look forward to hosting you. Guest access The private pool is heated from June to September and available, as well as the garden. Shared with all occupants. Other things to note The accommodation is strictly smoke-free.
