Come soak in the sounds of nature while you stay in this unique bungalow. It’s nestled in the beautiful hill country just outside San Marcos, Texas. Nearby, you have the opportunity to enjoy wildlife, nature, hiking trails, swimming, tubing, shopping and so much more. This is a very private Tiny Home nestled under gorgeous oaks on 5 acres. 10 minutes from the San Marcos outlet malls. 30 minutes to Austin 30 minutes to San Antonio. There are excellent restaurants in the area to enjoy also. The space This bungalow sits on 5acres with the owners main house towards front of the property. It is nestled on the back of the 5acres for privacy and your enjoyment. Relax on the front porch and patio with provided lounge chairs. There is a barbecue grill and picnic table to enjoy the outdoors. The Bungalow has one bedroom, bath, kitchen. The living and dining are together to enjoy TV with Netflix, Amazon all the TV apps available. Internet is available as well but cannot be guaranteed due to the rural setting. Come stay and enjoy. Guest access All guests have access to the back of the property with entrance drive from the main road through gated property. It is very secluded. Other things to note All guest will enter off of the main road. You will follow driveway to the back left of the property pass the main house. No pets are allowed at any time No unauthorized guests are allowed at any time. No smoking/vaping is allowed indoors at any time. Any smoking on the exterior of the Bungalow must be done off of the porch and disposed of properly. No loud noises or late partying allowed. Guess will have access 24 hours a day with your own code for the bungalow and the main access through the gate.
