We're new to airbnb but be sure to check out our many reviews elsewhere online. The space Our cottages are comfortable, rustic and authentically Vermont. Family-owned for over 40 years, many guests come back year after year with family or for group fishing trips. This is the perfect Vermont cottage to use as a jumping off point for your Lake Champlain Islands adventures. Relax and take in the lake view from the screened-in porch or the furnished front yard, grill dinner on the charcoal grills out front or get out on the water for a sunset cruise. Dock slips are an additional $80 per week and can be purchased in our office. Other things to note Check-in is any time after 1pm on the day of arrival. Early check-in may be available but must be approved by management. Check out is at or before 9:30am on the day of departure. Occupancy in this cottage is limited to 4 people. We require at least one adult (over 21 years of age). Occupancy beyond the permitted four people may result in immediate expulsion from the property with no refund. We don't allow smoking, vaping or open flames of any kind inside the cottages, including on the covered porches.
