Living quarters are 5-star clean and comfortable. Our Cal-King "Cape Cod" bedroom has double mirrored closets, SmarTV/DVD player. The "Retro Room" with Queen bed has additional sound system in closet, bright & airy. An intimate "Vintage Room" has Full Size 4-Poster Bed and black out curtains for napping. The unique "Mermaid Bathroom" (only one) has soaking tub under waterfall window pane and separate shower with 4 massage settings. We're a classic "original single-story" newly remodeled home with lush backyard, that's fully enclosed with Char-Broil BBQ and locking gates. Great for day or evening entertaining, morning coffee on patio or drinks at dusk. Special nuances make the Casita just like home! There is No AC, only ceiling and floor fans with nightly breeze. If AC is a 'must-have,' check newer properties. Pet Policy: Dogs, but must be "Pre-Approved" before booking (no Insta book). A Dog Policy will be provided for your review and agreed. Dog Stay Fees are: $55/per night. Breed and Age restrictions apply. One (1) dog allowed up to 50-lbs. Will consider 60-lb if crate trained. Airbn does not facilitate Pet Fees in booking, so all fees are transacted directly between Host/Guests and terms apply. The Casita is on a cul-de-sac and access to the beach is less than 2-min walk! Just north at end of street. There are three (3) parking spaces; a single-car garage, driveway and spaces in front. We have an exterior NEST camera that views front driveway and street area only for everyone's protection! It's a residential zone and can easily walk to Channel Islands Harbor, Hollywood Beach Cafe, Zachari Hilton Hotel, Oxnard State Beach Park with Pirate Playground, Ed Hunt Path (at dunes) and Sunday's Farmer's Market at lower CI Harbor with assortment of small businesses from Spa Salons to Sushi!
