This luxury RV resort has plenty to offer, from a state of the art fitness center, to a laundry and arcade facility, Pickleball Court, our Private Adult and Family Pool with a swim up bar for our Members and Guests Only. GUESTS MUST BE 26 YEARS OLD TO RENT! Coco-Nuts Offroad Rv is perfect for families with kids - brand new playground, separate family pool, bikes to ride around, basketball hoops, pickleball court, fenced in dog park and a game room! Are you a couple or group of adults looking for a getaway? This is also the place! Hop into the adults only pool across from our lot, or spend some time relaxing around the gas firepit in our all-weather Adirondack chairs. Provided is a 36" Blackstone grill for all of your cooking needs, as well as appliances inside. Coffee pot with all of the fixings is available for your use, as well as pots and pans, cups, etc. Beds have fresh linens and blankets, though you are welcome to bring more if you tend to get cold! The main bathroom has a full shower, though we HIGHLY suggest using the brand new, modern shower house! We find that to be much more comfortable. We provide two propane tanks during your stay (fire pit and grill). If you should run out, more can be purchased from the office, or up the road at the gas station. Dogs are welcome! No more than two. There is a latch on the side of the camper for leashes, as well as multiple potty areas and a fenced in park with dog pool! Coconuts RV Park is situated directly above Coconuts Beach Bar & Grill. The property is for members & guests only with a gated entry. The entire resort is on 24/7 security cameras. Please enjoy the gym overlooking the beautiful LOTO, use provided bicycles, use the laundry facilities and game room, or purchase items from the on site office/store. We provide an electric golf cart included in the cost of your stay! Multiple dog areas throughout resort, including a new doggie pool in back corner! The resort has 10'x40' boat slips for rent for $45/weekday and $55/weekend day, based on availability. Bananas water park is $15/child/day (or adult riding water slides). Golf carts are able to be rented at the resort.
