All the necessities provided – toiletries, hair dryer • Peaceful neighborhood with plenty of parking on site • Large private patio with plenty of shade & an expansive backyard for the kids to play • Newly installed central air conditioning • Large capacity washer and dryer • Optional blackout shades in the master and queen bedrooms • Hi-Speed WIFI • Fully walkable (appx 15-20 minutes) to several restaurants, public transportation, and other essential conveniences • The extensive guidebook suggests local and day trip itineraries with a multitude of recommendations for restaurants, activities, and adventures around town Relax in the spacious living room/common kitchen area, perfect for getting together while preparing meals at the end of the day. Gather on the large sectional sofa and enjoy a movie on the big screen HD smart ROKU TV. All new furnishings include a new electric fireplace for warm cozy evenings. The newly remodeled kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, a complete set of modern appliances, and all essential cooking tools for delicious home-cooked meals. Retreat to some personal space with two separate gathering areas. The family room is distinct from the living room, with separate doors, providing an opportunity for some privacy if needed. There's also an office desk and a sleeper sofa with a dreamy memory foam mattress. Unwind on the expansive back patio surrounded by a secluded fenced backyard perfect for frisbees and a bean bag toss. A gas grill is available for cooking and there's plenty of seating to be had with a patio dining table, shaded seating area, and loungers. The house has three bedrooms. The master bedroom with a king bed, the second bedroom with a queen bed, and the third bunk bedroom with a full and twin-size mattress. Each room is private, well-lit, and offers generous closet space. For your comfort, the master and queen bedrooms are equipped with optional blackout shades, allowing you to enjoy peaceful and undisturbed sleep, even if you decide to sleep in. The master bathroom features dual sinks, a large mirror, a medicine cabinet, and a walk-in shower. The second hall bathroom has a shower/tub combination and serves as a central hub for all the bedrooms. You won't need to pack much with our large-capacity washer and dryer – perfect for large-family loads after a day of adventuring. A Smart Lock code will be provided for self-check-in. Check-in can be at any time after 3 pm Check-out is 11 am or before Other things to note There is a train that runs through the town of Longmont and near our home. The train doesn’t have a fixed schedule and it can run during the day or at night. Additionally, it does blow its horn. For your convenience, there is a white noise machine in each bedroom. We strive to provide transparency and open communication regarding this important detail. We have three actively recording cameras that record video and audio. One overlooking the front lawn, one with a view of the garage door, and one with a view of the northern side of the house that monitors the alleyway only. There are no video/audio cameras inside the house or in the backyard. There occasionally may be landscapers on-site for lawn maintenance or snow removal. We recognize the importance of upholding a secure environment for our guests amid snowy weather conditions. We urge visitors to take extra care and wear suitable footwear when moving through the outdoor spaces of the home. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee that the driveway will be cleared before your arrival. However, we will do our best to maintain the walkways and paths and lay additional snowmelt prior to your check-in if weather conditions are severe. If you have any questions or concerns regarding snow removal please reach out to us. Smoking or vaping inside the home or within 10 feet of the house is strictly prohibited. Any violations will result in a fine of $500. This fee is applied on a per-occurrence basis. Pets not allowed. We have changed our policy in 2025. There is a play structure Teepee provided for the little ones. Teenager/ Adult use is not permitted. Parents please watch your children and use at your own risk. We are fortunate to have fantastic neighbors; we kindly request that you consider their requirement for peace and refrain from creating excessive noise.
