The space The apartment is a 36m2 T2, comprising: * A large living room, including lounge and kitchen, bathed in light thanks to its three large windows. * A cosy bedroom, with a queen-size bed (160*200 - Emma brand) and a large closet. * A shower room (accessed from the bedroom) with a large shower (120*90) and toilet. You'll have all the equipment you need for a pleasant, comfortable stay: * Fully equipped kitchen: oven, dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, coffee machine, crockery, and all you need for cooking (frying pans, dishes, etc.). * Basic kitchen condiments: coffee, tea, herbal teas, salt, pepper, oil, etc. * All household linen: sheets, towels, etc. * 2-seater sofa bed (140*200 when unfolded) * Umbrella bed The apartment is equipped with a high-speed fiber internet connection. Ideal for a single person or a couple, our accommodation can potentially accommodate up to 4 people thanks to the sofa bed (but please note, as indicated, the shower room and toilet are accessed via the bedroom).
