Entertainment Area: A flat-screen TV and provided card and board games for your enjoyment. Other things to note There is no heat in home and AC MUST be turned off when not in the home. Puerto Rico does suffer from hurricanes and power grid issues. There may be times when the power is out. If the power does go out, we are unable to refund any portion of your stay as there is no control over the country's electrical grid. Home has authentic metal louver blinds without glass. AC must be turned off when windows and doors are open. Additionally, Puerto Rico is known for its free roaming animals, you are staying in an AUTHENTIC Puerto Rican home. As with majority of Puerto Rican homes, you will notice stray dogs or cats. There are chickens in our neighborhood which you may hear, this is normal for the island. We have installed exterior security cameras for the safety of both guest and property. These cameras are actively recording both audio and video around the perimeter of our house. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever This property is located in a tropical climate zone. It is possible, but not likely, to see snakes, lizards, exotic reptiles, vermin, iguanas, raccoons, feral cats, feral dogs, as well as all kinds of bugs that are common in this type of climate. It is very unlikely you will see any of these on the property however, per AirBnb's listing requirement, we are required to notify you of possibility of encountering a dangerous animal on this property. We have a pest control service to deal with these creatures. If you come across any of them, you must contact us via AirBnB's Direct Message system immediately. We will work to take timely action to deal with anything that you may discover both inside our house or outside on our property. Many of these creatures are free roaming. We do not have control of anything that occurs on neighboring properties and cannot be held liable for their maintenance of the same.
