Vaulted ceilings makes you feel like you are not in a condo. 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms plus a bonus area upstairs makes for plenty of space! 10 unit building with a private residence on one side and a vacant lot on the other. No public parking within walking distance means the people on our beach are staying in our building. This unit is on the upper floor and there are no common hallways so if someone is standing outside our door, they are coming into the unit.
