The house is located just 10 minutes from Praia do Forte, inside a luxury condominium in Itacimirim that has a golf cart that provides exclusive and unlimited service to and from the beach, which is a great advantage! The maximum occupancy of the house is 12 people. Guest access Attention! If you want to book the house in the months of June to September, we book for at least 2 nights IT IS A NEW BEACH HOUSE, ONLY ONE YEAR OLD, AND IT IS LOCATED IN THE ITACIMIRIM BEACH AREA IN THE QUINTA DAS LAGOAS CONDOMINIUM! Access to the beach is via the condominium's exclusive golf cart and takes about 5 minutes from the house to the beach. The map location may not be 100% correct and I have already informed Airbnb to make the adjustment. If the guest wants to go to the beach walking, it is also easily accessible, but it will take approximately 15 minutes. The walk will be between the condominium's trails and lagoons. The condominium was built in a permanent environmental preservation area, so nature is beautiful and constant in all locations. Other things to note The price of the stay includes a person to clean and cook, bed linens, bath, pool/beach, pillows, pool attendant to clean the pool on alternate days, water, electricity and Wi-Fi.
