This duplex unit in a townhouse is perfect for the whole family to stay, and is right by the Central Park, steps to Natural History of Museum. Walking distance to 1, 2, 3, B, C subway stations. The space The apartment has its own entrance from the street to the first floor which features a kitchen, a bathroom, and living room with two full size Murphy beds. Downstairs is a private bedroom with a king size bed, and has a locked door. We provide all bedding and kitchen stuff. Guest access You can use and enjoy the entire apartment, but just keep the back door closed, unless using the shared laundry room. Other things to note No Smoking, No Pets, No loud noises or music in consideration of the neighbors, No visitors. If you smoke outside, please do so on the street, not in the front patio area. Be careful when opening the Murphy beds: before you put it into a horizontal position open the holder first. Children should not lower or raise these beds by themselves. Remember keep the two back doors locked as always. When you put the shade down and up, watch out for the stairs. There is a laptop you can borrow, though is should not leave the unit.
