The Darwin Waterfront precinct is under 24 hour video surveillance with regular security patrols. There are markets and activities throughout the year, meaning there is always something to do! The apartment is secure with intercom and fob key access along with secure garage parking (2 carparks) as well as communal pool access. Once inside our 7th-floor apartment opens up for an elegant open-plan living, dining and kitchen area set to the rear of the apartment. The kitchen offers a sliding pantry along with stone-topped counters, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave along with all the essentials you would expect to find. (Salt, pepper, olive oil, tea, coffee, etc.) Our breezy balcony is the spot to hang out, sip a cool drink and watch the ships and yachts sail by. Maybe just enjoy the cool sea breezes and read a book or you could BBQ the family a meal. The master bedroom enjoys these same views and includes queen bed, 2 x built-in robe storage, TV a sliding door to the balcony and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers 2 two single (or one king) beds built-in robes. The lounge area offers extra bedding with a double sofa bed.
