House with sea view, 50 meters from the beach

The house is divided into two independent apartments, also with independent access. The photos show only the apartment on the 1st floor. The house is in a strategic location overlooking the beach without any buildings blocking the view. Just cross the road and you'll find yourself in the square in front of the coast, with easy and short access. The area is quiet and not very busy. For hiking, mountain biking and climbing enthusiasts, there are sites for these sports a few kilometers away. The space The apartment is located on the second floor of a detached house with separate access to the second floor.
