With cozy living spaces, a full kitchen, and room for family and friends, this peaceful home offers lasting memories. Note: No parties. We can’t wait to host you! The space This charming lakefront home invites you to create fun-filled memories that will last a lifetime as you experience the adventure and beauty of one of Maine’s most coveted lakes—just as the owners have for over 20 years. The home’s thoughtful layout balances togetherness and privacy, offering plenty of cozy spaces to gather while also providing quiet nooks to enjoy a good book or peaceful moment. On the first floor, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen, a full-size dining room, a pantry stocked for your favorite summer snacks, a bonus room perfect for work or play, a half bath, and a spacious living room with sweeping lake views. Relax on comfy couches, under soft blankets, with a movie on the TV or a tune from the fully tuned piano—all wrapped in the charm of a true Maine cabin. Step out onto the massive screened-in porch to enjoy every meal without the company of Maine’s most famous resident: the mosquito. Upstairs, you’ll find all five bedrooms, a full bath, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. Pack light! The home is fully outfitted with linens, soaps, shampoos, games for rainy days or game nights, and even a paddleboard for lake fun. The living room is cooled with a split pump offering A/C and dehumidifier functions, while the primary bedroom has its own window A/C unit for added comfort. Please note: No parties. This home is part of an HOA community, and we kindly ask guests to respect the neighbors and maintain a peaceful atmosphere. Guest access Guests will find plenty of parking in the driveway and will use the electronic keypad located on the door closest to the patio with the grill and fireplace. Other things to note On the Lake: Rent a pontoon, kayak, or paddleboard just five minutes away at Lakeside Marina. For a perfect day, paddle out to the lighthouse, return home for a relaxing lunch on the screened-in porch, and head back out for an afternoon cruise. Be sure to explore Horseshoe Cove and keep an eye out for the many rope swings hidden in plain sight — a favorite with locals and guests alike. And don’t forget the paddleboard we’ve provided at the house for your own mini-adventures right from the dock! Off the Lake: While we’ll save most of our favorite local gems for the guest book, rest assured you’re perfectly positioned near some wonderful restaurants, breweries, cideries, and grocery stores. Plan a memorable date night just 15 minutes away in historic Hallowell, where you’ll find charming restaurants, live music, and riverside cocktails. For shopping, movie nights, or more dining options, head to Augusta — also just 15 minutes away. And if you’re feeling adventurous, visit nearby Absolem Cider Company or the Wood Shed, where live music, food trucks, and local Maine flavors are ready to round out your Maine experience.
