The space "Modern Eclectic with a Nautical tone" - Two story stilt home that offers a full kitchen stuffed with all the essentials, indoor laundry, full size kitchen appliances, and all the creature comforts during your stay! Upstairs loft bedroom is equipped with a King size bed, 40" TV, plenty of clothing storage, office space: desk/chair with waterfront view, PERSONAL mini-split AC system to control room temperature. Futon bed unfolds to a double sleeping size space. Two oversized bean bags unfold into twin size floor mattresses. Downstairs Master bedroom is equipped with a King size bed, 55" TV, plenty of clothing storage, full-size bathroom (shared within house guests), PERSONAL mini-split AC system to control room temperature. Futon bed unfolds to a double sleeping size space. Light use, stackable washer and dryer. Larger loads/towels/family washes are to be done in the washer/dryer downstairs. Window seating/Waterfront casual dining inside with family style seating on the 25' balcony, outside. Totally renovated bathroom with a step in shower - no tub - that measures 6'x3'. Guest access Within the entire fenced in portion of the property - whole house and grounds. Other things to note A non-refundable cleaning fee applies to all guests bringing animals, including service animals. This is not a charge for the animal itself, but rather to cover the extra cleaning required to ensure the home remains odor-free and hair-free for all future guests. Waterfront Restaurants and Bars around the bend! Many fishing guides in Ozello if you're interested in spending time on the water. Scenic Tours, Airboat Tours, Fishing... It's a MUST-DO! Get breakfast at the Island Outpost. TWO Waterfront restaurants on the island with a community style convenience shop inside the Island Outpost. They sell everything you need for your cooler! Beer, chips, sodas and more. Live bait shop (super clean) on the island with an ice cream shop/retro camper next door. Great family environment! They sell sunscreen if you need it! If your stay overlaps with trash pickup days, we kindly ask that you roll the bin to the curb—your help keeps things running smoothly! Please remove shoes inside the home to help keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone.
