The apartment has a sunny balcony, and is located right by the idyllic Hovindammen. The area is quiet and sheltered with large green areas and several playgrounds, but still centrally located in popular areas such as Ensjø and Hasle. There are good public transport options by bus and subway to the city center. From Helsfyr subway station it is 7 minutes to Jernbanetorget (Oslo S). I live here normally and only rent out when I am on vacation and the like, and the apartment will therefore contain some of my things. The space The apartment is 40 sqm and consists of a bedroom, kitchen in a separate room, living room, hallway and bathroom. The bedroom contains a 140 cm bed. Fully functional kitchen with all kitchen equipment and with dining area with 2 chairs (possibility of more chairs on request). From the living room there is an exit to a furnished and sunny balcony. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet.
