A private entrance with parking on site. We are not far away from all the fun in Lake Placid/ Lake George or a day trip into Vermont. Bring your boat/TRL we have room + two launches/beaches into LK. Champlain down the road. We are ready for the Spring and Summer season. Book your stay with us. We live on 7 acres where you can take beautiful short walks. Lk Champlain is 5 mins. down the road. We live in the Adirondacks Mts with many ponds to fish in. We are near Burlington VT./Lake Placid NY/LK George NY. BRING ALL YOUR OUTDOOR GEAR and come back here to fall asleep in your own cozy cottage. Check out ROOST/ADK/No. Country Chamber websites for more fun near us. Come "HOME" to us & enjoy a cozy meal right in your own eat-in kitchen and a great night's sleep after a day out& about. Parking here is free. You have the whole place to yourself. We have biking/ boating/ snowmobiling, /ice fishing/ winter hiking, breweries, wineries, movies/music venues, take-out, and sit-down restaurants. Great places to take walks/runs. Make us your home away from home for this summer getaway. Longer stays for traveling professional workers are welcome. Come save money and relax with us. I will message you on the reservation page with check-in details as we get closer to your stay. Any questions for us just message us back. We belong to a small community that has Lake Champlain and the Adirondack Mts. between us. Just mins. off I-87 Northway. Coming north get off exit 31. Off the ramp take a left and travel to Westport and then into Port Henry. Then plug your GPS in to be here in two shakes of a lamb's tail to start enjoying your stay. It is best to bring your food and drink needs with you for your first day/night. We do have Stewart's shop that is open until 11 pm. It has gas, snacks, and an ATM. Coming from the south there is exit 29 or 30. GO ON THE ENSIGN POND ROAD or the Tracy RD or RT 9n and look for Port Henry/Moriah. But the best way is to go to EXIT 31 and travel on RT9N/22 south to get here. By car or bike or Burlington International Airport or Plattsburg International or try Albany airport. Rent your car and drive on up/across/down to us. Parking is always free with us. Because of our small-town feel, we don't have a full offering of grocery stores to choose from. We have Stewart's shop where you can get gas, ATMs, etc. They are open until 11 PM. We also have a local farm store where you can buy homegrown products like meats/eggs/bread/veggies/fruits. Sit-down dining is just a few miles away. Come stay a night or a week we would love to have you as our guest. Pets are welcome and you take them on walks right on the property. Many short drives to great foods and entertainment for all.
