Brand new and practical, we have prepared this studio for you to have a cozy stay, where your only concern will be to enjoy the city of Sampa! The view is delightful and wooded, perfect for taking a break and having a coffee, prepared in the electric coffee maker that is available in the apartment. The chairs can be used at the balcony table for meals, which can be integrated or not into the studio, or at the small table next to the TV, perfect for working or having an online meeting. Oh, and don't forget that the condo also has a co-working space! The kitchen has basic appliances and utensils so you can prepare your meals. The 1-burner portable induction cooktop gives you the option of leaving the sink counter with more space if you wish. There is a refrigerator and freezer, microwave, blender, electric coffee maker, sandwich maker and much more! The double bed prepared with cotton trousseau, together with air-conditioning and blackout curtains, will allow you to have a great night's sleep! The TV is smart and has open channels, perfect for watching a movie before bed, or maybe watching the news early in the morning! The wardrobe has hangers so you can keep your clothes organized and also a full-length mirror; perfect for checking your look before leaving for your appointment. Guest access - It is necessary to send in advance the full names and a copy of an official government-issued ID with photo of all guests from your country, as early as possible. - Visitors are not allowed. The rental of the unit is for the exclusive use of the guests registered in the reservation. - Check-in time is from 3 p.m. and check-out time must be by 11 a.m. Warning! If the check-out time is not respected, fines may be applied. The possibility of early check-in or extended check-out will be subject to availability and contracting.
