In our LIVING ROOM with fireplace and open gable, you can relax and enjoy the ambiance while preparing your favorite dishes. The spacious room offers ample space and has a satellite TV and a sofa, which can also be converted into a sofa bed. The fireplace not only provides a pleasant warmth, but also a romantic atmosphere on cool evenings. Here you can retreat with a good book or a glass of wine and listen to the crackling of the fire. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, kettle and filter coffee machine. We have done our best to make optimal use of the limited space in the bathroom and still provide you with all the important functions. Here you will find a spacious rain shower where you can refresh and relax. We also have a towel warmer installed so you always have warm and cozy towels available. The sink with heated mirror is designed to be space-saving and functional to give you enough space to wash and groom. In the master bedroom (1st bedroom) there is a box spring bed (160 * 200 cm) with a bedside table, a satellite TV and the possibility to store suitcases and clothes. The large west-facing skylight has an electric roller shutter, which completely darkens the room. In the CHILDREN'S BEDROOM (2nd bedroom) there is a tandem bed for two people (two times 90 * 200 cm) and a hanging chest of drawers. A crib can optionally be provided. The room has blackout curtains and access to the roof terrace. The HALLWAY also serves as a laundry room, as there is a washing machine and a closet with cleaning utensils and other things. In the closet, you can store more clothes on a clothes rail or in other compartments for longer stays. Guest access Separate entrance via the private terrace
