The space The Fordham house was built in 1906 and is now in the center of the charming town of Green Lake. Where you will not only find the deepest lake in Wisconsin but also be surrounded by amazing golf courses, community events, and festivals celebrating the area. There are activities that can be enjoyed year round at the Fordham house! The house accommodates 9 people with 6 beds. The home is spacious with multiple entertaining areas. There are 2 rooms with queen beds, 1 with a queen and a twin, and 1 room with two twins We have high speed wifi that can stream TV. It includes a mesh router and 2 extenders to get wifi in and out of the house. 1 TV in the living room that is a Amazon Fire TV so you are able to stream all of your apps! Central heating & Air Kitchen Amenities: The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, Stove, Dishwasher, Microwave, Coffee Pot and Toaster. We also include some pots, pans, crockpot, strainers, cups, plates, mugs, wine glasses, Tupperware (please don't take), silverware and other basic baking supplies Outdoors: Fire pit (Please don't move) Grill Patio tables and chairs We do have a second unit on the property that could be rented to a separate group. You won't share any space other than part of the back yard. However our lot is very large and you will have plenty of room to enjoy the space separately. If you are a larger group that needs space for 4 more people please reach out to book both Guest access •. All guests must be 25+ (children with parents okay) • 8 person max • 3 vehicle max • No parties or events • No smoking • No pets • We provide a start of toilet paper and paper towels but you may need to buy more for longer stays. That includes 2 rolls per bathroom and 2 paper towel rolls. • We provide a starter amount of dish soap and dishwasher detergent. If you need more please buy your own. • We have a hairdryer • We supply hand soap • We do not supply any shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. • Please do not try to use our wood burning stoves they are not functional. • No late check out or early check-in. If you arrive early or check out late there will be a $50 charge per. • No fires outside of the fire pit including candles.
